We do not list properties. We represent the buyer. That removes the standard conflict of interest: the agent paid by the seller, telling the buyer what to buy.
Norwegian roots, Spanish base.
Founded by a Norwegian who has lived in Marbella for more than a decade. We work in Norsk, English, and Spanish, and we hand-pick lawyers, mortgage brokers, and notaries who treat international buyers properly.
