Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. No charge, no obligation, no automated follow-up. You only pay if we close a property purchase together — and only then, after closing.
How do you charge?
Buyer-side fee, calculated as a percentage of the closed purchase price, payable at completion. We explain the exact structure on the discovery call. We never take a commission from the seller.
I am not ready to buy for 6–12 months. Is it still worth talking?
Yes. The buyers who get the best outcomes are the ones who start the conversation 6–12 months before they want to close. We can help you scope the brief, watch the market, and be ready when you are.
Do I have to use you exclusively?
No. There is no exclusivity contract. You can talk to other agencies, view properties on portals, do your own research. We are confident enough in the value to compete on merit.
What if I have already found a property and just need help with the purchase?
We do this often. We can step in for the negotiation, due diligence, and closing — typically saving the buyer 5–12% on the purchase price and catching issues a seller-side agent has no incentive to flag.
